We had been trying to get a really weird and complicated deed ownership to a summer cottage sorted out for at least 2 years, through multiple Indiana attorneys (all the owners live in other states). We were getting frantic because the ownership was really in limbo. Our Patterson attorney finally actually listened to us, read through everything, and got it all done. We are super grateful.

Grant Stupeck was my attorney at Patterson Law. I felt both comfortable and confident in his representation of me. He was able to clearly explain everything that was going on in my case and where it was headed. One thing I appreciated most about Grant is his ability to balance working with the other party cordially while still being firm and direct and not allowing them to take advantage me. His humor and way of looking at things always helped ease my anxiety about my case. I hope I don’t need to hire another attorney but would return to Grant and Patterson Law if I do.

Working with Rex was a lot easier than the other lawyer I had. He paid attention and was considerate of my work schedule. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a lawyer that will fight for you in court!

Hired Attorney Mr. Rex Patterson

Although Mr. Patterson doesn't specialize in the area I needed he took a lot of his time to explain how I needed to proceed and recommended another attorney. He was thorough and explained in detail how I needed to proceed. He answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
