Did not recommend some critical(in my opinion)actions; like having the house appraised.
He was advised of every detail of my custody/parenting time case and my expectations during consultation. He advised that my expectations were reasonable and gladly accepted my retainer. When it came down to negotiation and mediation, he laid down like an abused dog and said "well that's the best you're gonna get."
Where do I begin? He's lazy, never returns calls, and charges for his time for things done by his paralegal, Barb. And--I kid you not--he has a seriously bad stuttering problem.
