Suzan Rutz handled my divorce. She did an excellant job of explaining things and helping me navigate the whole ordeal. She was excellent at setting up a fair child support and child custody situation. I always got a quick response from her or her assistant to any communication method I used.(email, or phone). Susan Rutz did not do well as a guardian ad Liem she was not looking for the best interests of my children, but my ex-husband and his wife. I requested a guardian ad liem to protect my children from the living situations,the questioning by both my ex-husband and his wife. The lack of care,dirty environment,daughter coming back crying upset did not want to go to the ex- husband house. I thought Susan would be able to help instead she was one sided,never returned calls,was not forthcoming on fees.
