I hired Shiraz to handle my father's estate probate case. The case dragged on for much longer than necessary due to Shiraz's lack of communication and follow up. Two months ago he said he'd be mailing deeds to sign, I haven't received them and he stopped responding to emails and calls. Shiraz only acknowledged and responded to a few of my questions about how the process works and what our legal options were on various issues, so I had to make major decisions without any legal guidance. Very unprofessional.
Terrible attorney, failed on every level. Wouldn't return calls and ignored my case for nearly a year before I contacted his sr. Partners only to receive an email from him saying he dropped me as a client, apparently months ago, without telling me in a timely fashion. Slam dunk case of 250G and all he needed to do was collect.
Shiraz was to be working on an estate case where the deed was being drawn up and split between surviving relatives. After numerous attempts to contact, and no resolution or updates, we had to go with another firm and wasted nearly 4 months with nothing accomplished and no meaningful updates along the way.
