Last year I consulted with Mr. Aaron Wentz, an attorney I found in Google, near me. After an interview and detailed conversation regarding my case, I signed a contract with him. His staff went to work on my case immediately and my file of paperwork began to grow. I was notified when I needed an appointment to read a document requiring my signature and could usually get that appointment within a day., Only once did I catch something amiss and Mr. Wentz gave me the respect of being part of his team. Last week I received the final judge-signed document releasing the property from probate into my care. I appreciate Mr. Wentz and his staff for the work they accomplished to help me with this legal matter. I would definitely call on him again were I to need his professional skills.

As an unmarried father that had a child with with a very difficult co-parent, I am beyond blessed to be able to have retained his/her team. They are very quick to respond and very up front with how the law works and what can and can't be done in a custody battle. I would not have been able to accomplish anything close to what I did for my son an I without their representation. I not only have equal time share after being hindered greatly from having a relationship with my son for the first two years of his life, I have equal everything else which was very important to me. Stay away! Had to switch firms. I have suffered severe, calculable financial losses that will negatively impact my family for years to come. I was given misleading information, and he would abruptly quit taking notes and usher me out the door, which caused him to be forgetful, like when he advised me $2k month in temporary support, but forgot and follows up with an email asking me how much I wanted. Now I believe I could have asked and been awarded more. Verbally told I would lose restraining order against husband in court and I should settle with a marital restriction on the home, my choice, but I would lose. I believe this information to be misleading now. Marital Settlement Agreement full of errors, which I caught thanks to another client that advised me to watch out for the language he used in her agreement. Multiple panic attacks in his office, so switched to Mrs. Simon, told her on Feb 13, 20 about Mr. Wentz's behavior that caused last panic attack, advised to leave the firm.

Dropped me via email after not doing anything for my case for a year stating they would not gain enough from their insurance to proceed. Kept thinking they had been doing work and I very time I would find out nothing had been done. Also served the wrong people to begin with. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

Will volunteer to write/rewrite settlement agreements in which she charges you, her client for, at 200 per hr. Went months without any updates. When it came time to schedule a trial as last resort she will file a motion to no longer represent you. Will drag your case out, gives terrible advice to “save you money” which costs you more in the end, and then blame the opposing council for delaying when you have proof that the delay is due to her non response. Stay as far away from this entire law firm as you possibly can and thank me and yourself later.
