Hired Attorney Eddie Walker Jr.

Eddie Walker is the best there is. In 2016 I was injured while working as a RN for Mercy Hospital. Mercy denied my worker's compensation claim and have fought it for the last 9.5 years. I had a different attorney for the first 3 years of my claim that got nowhere. Once Mr. Walker took over the claim we were in court within just a few months. To date, we have been to court 4 times and we have won every time. Mr. Walker always showed up to court completely prepared, with an absolute understanding of everything about my case and full comprehension of the laws that govern it. He has also written several briefs to the Courts regarding this claim and every single one of them have been a masterpiece. He has proven he is not afraid to take on challenging cases and he puts in the time needed to win them. His staff is also amazing. Highly recommend!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
