Hired Law Firm

I hired Matt Horan to help resolve an out-of-the-blue personal lawsuit. He quickly asked a lot of questions, ascertained the facts, and then immediately got in touch with the claimant’s attorney. He communicated clearly his approach, kept me apprised of status, and quickly identified and resolved the issue. I would certainly recommend Matt and the firm.

Working with this lawyer has been a nightmare for our family. He is slow, non-responsive, apathetic, and unprofessional. Paperwork that could have been completed 8 months earlier wasn't even mentioned, delaying things even further. When asked about what is going on, he only makes lame excuses about taking vacation, his family visiting, etc., and that's AFTER he received payment. Point blank, there are NO excuses to justify his inability to perform as a competent attorney.
