Mr. Beasley assured me that he was very busy, but if he didn't have an attorney in his office that was qualified to handle my case, he would help me find another one. He assigned my case to one attorney (Mr. Kelly) who quit the firm. Then he assigned my case to another attorney (Amanda ?) who kept my case for 10 months, and knew nothing about it. Then Mr. Beasley called me & wanted to dismiss without prejudice, which would give me 1 year to re-file with another attorney.
