About Aundrea Stone Hanna

Aundrea was raised in the Fort Smith and Greenwood area, having moved there as a young child. Her family, originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, settled in Greenwood after a journey through Tennessee, West Virginia, Louisiana, Michigan, New York, and Arkansas, her birthplace.

Following a brief period in college, Aundrea returned home and began a career in advertising and sales. She discovered a strong affinity and empathy for people, qualities she further developed through several years in television and radio advertising sales. After the birth of her first son, she transitioned to inside sales at Loislaw.com in Van Buren, where she cultivated a fascination with law and its practitioners. Promoted to an outside sales position covering Oklahoma, she traveled the state, engaging with attorneys across various legal fields. Following the birth of her second son, Aundrea chose to become a stay-at-home mother. She found the role to be exceptionally demanding and under-appreciated. The arrival of her third son extended her time at home, raising three boys under six. Though she attempted to return to school, the demands proved challenging.

A lifelong equestrian, Aundrea recognized the financial demands of horse ownership. Seeking a career that aligned with her sales background and passion for people, she pursued real estate. She obtained her real estate license in January 2003, while expecting her fourth child, a daughter. The flexibility of real estate allowed her to balance work and family. The arrival of her fifth child, a son, in November 2006, did not deter Aundrea's ambition. In January 2010, she returned to school, earning a Bachelor's of Criminal Justice in May 2013. A mentor at the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, Mr. Charles Smith, a retired federal prosecutor, encouraged her to pursue law school. During her undergraduate studies, she interned at the Sebastian County Prosecuting Attorney's office and the Sebastian County Public Defender's office.

In the fall of 2012, Aundrea navigated a divorce while attending school, raising five children, and applying to law school. With the support of her divorce attorney, she persevered. Accepted to the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville in August 2013, Aundrea commuted to Fayetteville, balancing law school with motherhood. The support of her family and friends sustained her through her divorce, finalized during her second semester. Aundrea thrived in law school, occasionally bringing her children to class. She maintains a strong connection to her community, particularly as a devoted Greenwood Bulldog fan. Her five children remain her greatest accomplishment.

The three years of law school presented significant challenges and blessings. She navigated a divorce, a serious illness, and the loss of her mother. These experiences revealed her resilience and the strength of her support network. During law school, Aundrea served as a law clerk for the Sebastian County Circuit Court Division V and the Federal Court of the Western District of Arkansas. She also worked as a Rule XV Lawyer at Medlock & Gramlich and later at Kevin Hickey Law Partners, focusing on divorce and custody cases.

Today, Aundrea operates her own practice, driven by a commitment to client communication and support. She aims to alleviate the fear and anxiety associated with legal processes. She positions herself as a lawyer who listens and advocates for her clients.

Hired Attorney

I am so grateful for the outstanding representation I received from Aundrea Hanna in my high-conflict custody case. From our first meeting, I knew that I was in good hands. Aundrea was professional, empathetic, and determined to fight for the best outcome for me and my children. Throughout the entire process. Aundrea kept me informed and updated on the progress of my case. Her knowledge of family law and expertise in navigating through the complexities of a high-conflict custody battle were truly impressive. Thanks to Aundrea's hard work and dedication, we were able to secure a favorable outcome in court. I am so relieved and grateful for the peace of mind that Aundrea has provided me. I highly recommend Aundrea to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate family law attorney. Aundrea, we cannot thank you enough for what you have done for our family. PS the other reviews about her being a bulldog in court are absolutely true!
