I had a case in 2008.At first they said it was a Dwi but they changed it to a DUI. I had to put a machine on my car for opiates and I think you where the public Defender. I can't get a hold of you so I had to put a machine on for DUI at Ron's Tire by 5 corners and sent the proof now they want me to do that again. What the hell I can't call you it's always busy. My name is George Butler Jr it's a case from 2008. In MO they said it was DWi for my own prescription medicine no alcohol was involved. I shouldn't have to put one on in the first place. Hired Attorney Gilbert Gregory

I have a girlfriend with mental health issues, she is in jail right now because of Gilbert, she had no clue what she was supposed to do on a diversion. He send her the papers to initiate, without explaining the terms to her. He has not even brought it up to the court in bourbon county. So because she had no clue that she was on call in status and had 25 hours community service, she has been locked up for nearly 30 days and when they went to court the bond was not changed and Gilbert had no defence or fight for his client. Has no business defending anyone. Because nobody will listen to him . He needs to get Shelby a assessment. And be somewhat transparent. And look at people when he talks. Terrible
