I have a girlfriend with mental health issues, she is in jail right now because of Gilbert, she had no clue what she was supposed to do on a diversion. He send her the papers to initiate, without explaining the terms to her. He has not even brought it up to the court in bourbon county. So because she had no clue that she was on call in status and had 25 hours community service, she has been locked up for nearly 30 days and when they went to court the bond was not changed and Gilbert had no defence or fight for his client. Has no business defending anyone. Because nobody will listen to him . He needs to get Shelby a assessment. And be somewhat transparent. And look at people when he talks. Terrible
