I initially spoke to Jennifer who was very helpful & attentive, she then quickly transferred me to Steven E Martin. Steven was very straightforward and enlightened me a great deal w/ legal questions & concerns I had in regards to wills, trusts and assets, ultimately saving me nearly $800 or more just by talking with me via a phone call; he couldn't have been more helpful, direct and honest (referring me to a few options). I was pleasantly surprised with this law firm and after a brief interaction w/ Steven & his staff, I know 100% that this would be my 1st choice for any legal advice or issues that may ensue in the future. I appreciated the willingness to help w/o any wait time + the direct honesty you won't always get w/ some other attorneys.

In Sept of 2021, I lost my Brother and Mother a week apart in Fort Myers, FL. Not being from the area, and needing to hire an attorney to handle the legal matters I found the Martin Law Firm in a Google search. Upon reaching out, it was not long before I was contacted by Steven Martin. Steven was great and assured me that they would take care of all my legal needs and do their best to make everything as smooth as possible. After forwarding needed documents, I received a call from Steven’s Wife and Partner Evaina. Evaina was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She kept an open line of communication and was very responsive any time I reached out to her. I can not emphasize enough how professional, caring, and kind Evaina was throughout this difficult time. If and when you find the need of legal assistance in Evaina and Steven Martin ‘s area of legal expertise, I highly recommend that you give them a call!! Thank you so much Evaina and Steven! Erica Temerario and Jonathan Bierfeld are absolutely amazing, From the very start of sitting me down and explaining the whole process of my bankruptcy case step by step as well as answering my numerous questions and keeping me up to date on how my case was proceeding in the courts. To the very end when they informed me my case was finished. They treated me like a person and not just a case to make money off like some other lawyer offices tend to do. I will definitely recommend them.

Hired Attorney Dustin Butler

Dustin help me ease through a very stressful situation dealing with my divorce and being getting separated from my wife. The outcome for myself and my child could not be any better Dustin did an amazing job he was very easygoing or straight up about things and told me exactly how it all was and didn't sugarcoat anything. I would highly recommend him to anybody going through a divorce that needs a good solid lawyer that's going to fight for them.

i had several concerns regarding my husband's estate, and a greedy relative. i chose martin law firm, based on the glowing reviews i read. i was so happy with my choice. Eviana and her husband are so gracious, they made me feel very relaxed and confident immediately. any time you have a need for a lawyer, stress, worry, anxiety are all around you. what a relief to feel that my worries are being handled so professionally . costs were much lower then expected . and i won! top marks!!!!

About a year ago I found myself in a stressful situation. I was recommended to call Martin Law Firm. Dustin met me right away and explained to me that what I was being asked to do by my spouse was not legal After that first meeting I was confidant that I came to the right person for my case. He was patient and understood exactly what I was going through. He and the staff were courteous and professional.
