Worth mentioning is his video editing in Philadelphia, that included postproduction on Emmy Award winning "Trading Spaces" before deciding to go back to school at age 35. In law school at Ave Maria, he interned at the Sarasota States Attorney's Office and Naples Public Defender's office. After graduation, he was a 20th District Public Defender in Naples for three years, handling over 1,000 misdemeanor cases and clients, including litigating several trials.

"With my diverse background working different jobs while growing up, I was able to gain real world experience and really understand the everyday struggles & issues that people in society deal with" states, Mark.

An avid baseball fan who went to the World Series in 2008, Mark lives in Fort Myers where he likes to read, watch TV and movies, and spend time with his family down in Naples.
