Luvins, my closing coordinator, handled the preparation for the sale of my vacant property with skill and professionalism. I felt that I was in good hands from start to finish. I was selling the land from out of state and had never sold property before, but knowing that Luvins was handling this provided me peace of mind. We completed settlement on our condo today. It was handled very professionally and in an extremely easy and timely manner. We would definitely recommend the services of Conrad Willkomm and his assistant, Roxanne. The entire transaction from start to finish was excellent.

This lawyer was very helpful when my husband and I decided to change our wills to a trust. His bill for the work was approximately one quarter of that which a "friend" was going to charge and we were very grateful for that. His staff is very friendly and helpful and we would recommend him to anyone.

Hired Law Firm

Lawyer comes into the conference room for an initial consultation, doesn't introduce herself or ask who we are. Just sits down and proceeds in a most rude and arrogant manner. 10 minutes after we arrived my wife and I knew we would never do business with them. You can't even be polite "Julie"? Doesn't cost anything and in this case it probably cost you a client.
