I went to Kushner and Kushner thinking my life was over. I was at an all time low and continuously cried and thought nobody cared. I was unable to work and went from one home to another..People were getting tired of me. I was seen by the Kushner's at my interview and they made me hopeful. Their staff was great and always made me feel like I was a somebody. My day came when I went to Court and was so scared. My attorney was wonderful! Then the call came in and I was APPROVED! This firm is great!!

The job got done, it just took a long time. I know that's the court's fault and not the lawyer's though. I never even talked to my actual lawyer until the last court date, I only dealt with her assistants. I had quite a long time with no money coming in, all the while being in great pain with no medication or even a dr that would see me since I had no insurance.
These attorneys are arrogant and not litigation lawyers. The only want selective cases ,ie,slam dunk! Jonas is especially arrogant . They don't work for you ,they will tell you what how they will handle the case regardless of how or what you feel and will not deviate at all. PNOHE CALL UNANSWERED . They rarely call back.
I am being Represented by Kushner and Kushner and need to talk to the head attorney for the firm I'm being mistreated and my case is being mishandled by a Team who clearly has issues with me personally because they continue to harass me about me complaining that no one communicates with me, and I am constantly having to call for updates on my caseI sent a email out months ago requesting Kushner and Kushner be released from my case due to unprofessional etiquette and the lack of proper communication. and was persuaded by receptionist Dana that I should stick with them. which I did and Dana isn't even with them anymoreIs there any contact info for how I can reach Jared Kushner , id like for him to know how improperly these employees are upholding the Kushner name it's ridiculous!
Lack of ethics,They did nothing , i did all the work from the filing online to the validating my identity at the SSS office, as well as all the phone calls to follow up for my disability claim, anytime I called they took a long time to respond and the paralegals were very nasty... NEVER ONCE I spoke or met with any attorney. I had the misfortune of signing agreement to pay them so shamelessly they want to get paid for nothing done. No sense of ethics or basic human value by Taking advantage of disabled people in their worse moment. I advise to stay away from this awful people... if I could give zero rating I would. I made a complaint to the Fla Bar and they sided with them - THe fox guarding the coup. I
The worst excuse of a law firm I have ever seen. I understand that Social Security is a pain to deal with. However, as a %100 service connected disabled veteran, they were not able to get me approved. The reasoning given by Social Security was garbage and any cracker jack attorney could have appealed it. Instead they dropped my case without even notification. Save your money, patience and time; go somewhere else! If you want someone to care for you and your family then go somewhere else!
