Hired Attorney

My personal opinion of Jay C. Cooper- top of the line. My mother's untimely death came at the hands of a local Nursing Home. There were pictures as well as considerable documentation. Mr. Cooper responsibly maintained all of this information and went up against the "Big Dogs"- if you will. I would recommend Mr. Cooper highly. Wonderful personality as well. Tabitha Carini
