I'm a retired attorney and an inactive CalBar member. I contacted Mr.Gunter, as a business consultant for a contractor. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Very knowledgeable in his specialty area of Labor & Employment Law. He is professionally aggressive, but always aware of client financial costs associated with litigation. The result of this litigation was timely, professional, and of substantial benefit to the client. He always responded quickly and competently to any client communication.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
