Mr. Moon received his law degree from Thomas Cooley Law School (Western Michigan University) in 1998, his LL.M. from St. Thomas University Law School in 2006 (cum laude), his Master of Arts in 1995 (summa cum laude) and his B.A. from Eastern Michigan University in 1992. He proudly served his country as an infantryman during the first Gulf War with the National Guard, 38th Infantry Division.

Hired Attorney

James Moon does not deliver what he promises Over - promising and underperforming- He does not return phone calls, emails nor texts. He is not accessible and his assistants are never on the same page with him. Phone conferences are forgotten, never rescheduled or even acknowledged that they were forgotten. When questioned why a scheduled appointment was forgotten, he/they become defensive and turn it around on their client or say “he was stuck in court” no apologies , no follow up They just move on. Morgan and Morgan is a disaster, too big, too greedy, too inco

I would never recommend nor use James Moon ever again, my experience was a complete disaster Moon is either a terrible lawyer or just doesn’t care and should quite frankly, leave law. He failed me miserably. Morgan and Morgan is a terrible company, there is no communication, no organization and zero accomplishments- it’s all smoke and mirrors- never hire them! I could kick myself

Absolute nightmare- incompetence, zero accountability, no communication nor commitment to his client, this man has no fight nor clue. His para legals are even worse. Flunkie after flunkie - never again will I go near Morgan and Morgan and James Moon - I could have defended myself better than hiring this guy
