Our mission is to provide proven Real Estate Law and Estate Planning Strategies throughout SW FL, whether these scenarios involve real estate transactions, title insurance, real estate disputes, estate planning or probate.

We also provide representation in business transactions and property tax appeals. The firm consists of Attorney Hagen, Associate Attorney Lisa Curia George and 4 staff members, each of whom has a particular practice focus.

Our south Fort Myers office is very convenient to Cape Coral via the midpoint or south bridges, just off Summerlin near Boy Scout Road.

I really recommend Mr. Michael Hagen as an attorney. He did an excellent job for me and for my children in regard to our property. His advice was precise and easy to follow and to understand specially for me being that English is my second language. Good to know also is that on his team there is a person who speaks Spanish. Great Law Firm.

When I was in the process of listing my property this past March 2012 at the Realtor's office, I noticed an irregularity in the lender's documents. I called his office, where he then immediately took my call and made himself available to help me out. He is an excellent listener, and he genuinely cared about my personal struggle. Even now, long after he originally took on my case, Mr. Hagen continuously goes far beyond the call of duty to make sure my rights are protected. Thank you Mr. Hagen!
