Garvin Injury Law is the Best Available. The entire staff is amazing. I cannot Thank them for the wonderful presents and of comfort and assuring. They took great care of me. Kind, considerate and uplifting. I am an older person and sometimes I was anxious, but they were great. I want to thank Leland Garvin, Heidi Garvin Casey Gartland, and Susan Dandino. Special thanks who spent extra time keeping my anxiety issues. The entire staff were friendly and uplifting when you went in the office. Could not have a better conclusion to my case. My mother suffered a traumatic brain injury after being stuck while crossing the road on foot by someone driving a cargo-van. It was a really difficult time. Leland fought hard to achieve the best possible outcome for her and was an incredible source of support throughout the ordeal. I highly recommend him to anyone that finds themselves in need of representation and sound counsel.

Leland represented my son in Trespassing Charge that turned into a Police Brutality incident in which the Police Dog was turned on my son for no reason what so ever. The dog was left on the leash. My son was taken to the Hospital after a mauling by the dog. Mr Gavin told us that it was not in our benefit to sue the Plantation Police Dept. We trusted his reasons and we decided just to have the Trespassing charge dismissed.

**WARNING** The impression this firm made on me was they're ONLY capable of handling the easy cases. Anything complicated may cause them to walk away before you receive a settlement or jury award. There are several other reviews which imply that's exactly what they did. When their employee admitted the firm couldn't handle ONE simple complication, they referred me to Morgan and Morgan. Perhaps you should consider calling Morgan and Morgan first. You can see by their response, they're still trying to shift the blame to the victim; and doing so with a bunch of "lawyer speak" for how they may not be good enough to beat the insurance company. WOW! I can't put my finger on it, but there's something that tells me I just can't trust these guys.
