From the historic 1905 Langford House in downtown Fort Myers, Fried and Fried, P.A., provides clients in Southwest Florida with experienced legal advice in family law. Many of our clients are referred to us through a wide network of mental health professionals, physicians and certified public accountants, as well as our own clients.

We are a law firm that utilizes strong relationships with local professionals to help your family through difficult times.

At Fried and Fried, P.A., the lawyers are known not only for their extensive litigation and trial experience, but also for their compassionate approach to practicing family law. We know the value of communicating honestly with our clients and strive to set realistic expectations at all times.

Her office returned my call the same day I left a message for her. She did not have an opening in her schedule that worked with mine, but she made time to meet with me anyway. She was there for me from the first time we spoke. Her knowledge of the law and direct advice was always accurate. Mrs. Fried saved my life.

Mr. Fried is a pleasure to work with because nothing is left to chance. He is never hesitant to explain any portion of a proceeding. While doing his job, he makes you feel confident that all of his client's needs are being addressed.

I used Linda Fried a few years ago. She was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend her. Getting divorced is very stressful. Dealing with divorce while trying to raise kids can make the stress almost unbearable. Having Linda take care of everything put my mind at ease. Everything was handled with the upmost professionalism and always with my best interest coming first and foremost. Divorce is never pleasant, but Fried & Fried got the best possible outcome for me and my children.

Her paralegal is great, but it is hard to get Mrs. Fried. She gave me advice that was harmful, then said she didn't mean it. Breakdown of communication, But cost me a lot.

There were many instances of typographical errors on official documents. I had to prompt them to continue the process. My lawyer had food dropped off at our mediation meeting. The firm forgot to file the quit claim deed.

As many times as I went to her office she never came out of her private office to introduce herself. I wouldn’t even know her if I ran into her somewhere! Unprofessional!
