Elias is an attorney focused on legal matters involving real estate and small business, including: real estate transactions and closings; title insurance; real estate litigation; general civil litigation; construction litigation; distressed residential and commercial mortgage workouts; mortgage and lien foreclosure law; community association law; residential and commercial landlord and tenant law; contract preparation, analysis and enforcement; business entity formation, dissolution, purchase and sale; and, land use, local government and municipal law.
Elias was born and raised in Southwest Florida, and is proud to represent the firm at its Charlotte County office. He is involved in his local community through charitable and civic work with Rotary International, Habitat for Humanity, and the Charlotte County Fair Association.
