Dustan Lorimer is an associate in the Bonita Springs office. Mr. Lorimer focuses his practice in the area of commercial and general civil litigation, with an emphasis in construction litigation. He completed his undergraduate studies with distinction at Pennsylvania State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Mr. Lorimer received his Juris Doctor degree from Ave Maria School of Law, cum laude, graduating in the top 20% of his class. While in law school, he received book awards for Evidence, Business Planning, Business Entity Taxation, Oil and Natural Gas, and Bioethics. Mr. Lorimer was the recipient of the Saint Thomas More Full Tuition Scholarship. He served as an Associate and Senior Editor on the Ave Maria Law Review. During his time in law school, he interned for an estate planning firm in Fort Myers, as well as an early stage investment firm in Naples. Further, Mr. Lorimer worked for the Ave Maria School of Law Estate Planning Clinic. Mr. Lorimer is a published author having written a note for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Journal.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Mr. Lorimer worked for a well-respected criminal defense attorney in Collier County.
Mr. Lorimer is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida.
