Destiney R. Smith, Esq is by nature drawn to helping other people. As a Family attorney, she has extensive experience fighting for spouses who want to protect their assets, parents who want the best for their children, and those who want to protect their constitutional rights. Sunny Southwest Florida became home to Destiney in 2011 when she joined an Immigration Law Firm and developed the Family and Criminal law practices. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness.
