HPA kept delaying our move in date on a house we selected, and after contacting Andrew, he was able to quickly and efficiently guide us towards our "out". Within the public court documents, he was able to point out the house had never even been eligible for sale up to that point! He sent over the relevant public documents, all of which were above my head. With his help, my family was able to get a full refund on our deposit, and remove us from any further obligations we may have had with HPA. His fee was more than reasonable for what he was able to provide us with considering that up to that point, all of our previous emails fell onto corporate ears.
