Please safe your time and money, and find yourself a lawyer that cares and is actually going to fight for you, and not just take your money. I hire Emily Hogentogler to help me get custody of my son. It took her 10 months to get a mediation date, which nothing got resolved at that time. 2 months later we had an hearing and right before the hearing, she suggested that we do a volunteer dismissal, and that the timeshare would go back to the way it was before where I would get my son every weekend. Assuming she knew that she was doing, I told her let's do it. Unfortunately I was mistaken, and she did not know what she was doing and the timesharing did not go back to the way it was before. I had to go through another Christmas and Thanksgiving without my son due to Emily's decision to dismiss the case. I never got an explanation or apology from her.
