Litigation practice focused on complex multi-state RICO and securities suits, products liability, and general business litigation. Former Deputy General Counsel of U.S. Sentencing Commission and former clerk to a federal judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
