Hired Attorney

A HERO of free speech. Mr. Dublirer was one resident up against the entire 2000 Linwood Ave (aka Mediterranean South, Med South) building management and slowly and steadily, on his own dime and time, worked the case up through the courts won all of us residing in this building our first amendment right to speak up about concerns. It's a famous First Amendment free speech case: DUBLIRER v. 2000 LINWOOD AVENUE OWNERS INC (which is available on the internet. Heartfelt thanks attorney Dublirer for fighting the good fight to protect our freedom of expression.
