After hiring this law firm, and them dragging out the proceedings out for 5 years, they made me sign a paper saying that I wouldn't sue the man that hit me with his car. So, before I could get the insurance check from his company until I signed the waiver and I found this out when I went to pick up the check I was not told previous to this. I had been out of work for years and am a widower so I had no money and was need of money, so I had to sign the paper. So, I found this to be unfair.

Attorney crystal dozier is unprofessional and will not let you get one word in if you are her client , and knows nothing about getting the most money for a client. All the attorneys here have zero customer service experience.
