Jusun Yook is licensed as an attorney in New York and New Jersey, as well as in the federal district courts of the southern and eastern districts of New York. Mr. Yook received a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Arts in economics from the State University at Albany, and, subsequently, a Juris Doctor degree from the Touro Law Center.
He has dedicated his career to representing people who have suffered serious injuries caused by the wrongdoing of others whether it be a person, corporation, association or government.
He exclusively practices personal injury litigation and trial, focusing on trucking accidents and catastrophic injuries throughout the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and New York.
Before joining Maggiano, DiGirolamo, and Lizzi, Mr. Yook was a senior associate in a personal injury law firm in New York City for six (6) years.
He is also a recent graduate of the Justice Morris Pashman Inn of Court, a member of the legal task force of the KACE (Korean American Civic Empowerment), a member of the NJAJ (New Jersey Association of Justice), and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
In addition, he serves as a member of the Board of Directors in the legal division for the Korean American Association of New Jersey. He is fluent in Korean.
