Mr. Ventoso's legal journey includes serving in two esteemed judicial law clerkships. The first, with the Honorable Christopher S. Romanyshyn, J.S.C., provided him with valuable insights into family law matters in the Non-Dissolution Family Part in Essex County. During this clerkship, he skillfully handled a variety of litigation matters, including custody, visitation, child support, and more. His second judicial clerkship was with the Honorable Donna Gallucio, J.S.C., in the Passaic County criminal division, where he actively participated in pretrial detention hearings following the 2018 NJ bail reform.
A graduate of New York Law School in New York, NY, Mr. Ventoso's passion for legal service shone throughout his academic journey. He interned for the Honorable John A. Conte, J.S.C. (Ret.), where he assisted in drafting legal opinions for termination of parental rights, municipal appeals, and supported the criminal division as a de facto law clerk. Mr. Ventoso's dedication to his craft was recognized when he secured first place in his intramural negotiation competition.
