Very disappointing experience. Communication was poor from the beginning, responses were slow, and basic follow-through was lacking. Expectations were set one way and the reality was completely different. Professionalism was missing, and resolving simple issues took far longer than it should have. I felt ignored once it became inconvenient, which is unacceptable when you’re trusting someone with important matters. I would not recommend based on my experience. There are far better options out there that value clients’ time and communicate clearly.
