Mr. Rossi is highly misleading he advertises himself in the Internet as someone with expertise in educational labor. When I was falsely accused by a student and parent he painted a very bleak picture and told me that he needed $2500.00 retainer to get work on it right away. Once he got the retainer fee, he told me not to tell the teacher's unionc
I never even saw him. He limited his counseling to brief evening conversation. Took the retainer and did not do anything.

Absolutely unethical and disgraceful—avoid at all costs. This firm was a complete disappointment. After paying a substantial retainer, I received no meaningful legal guidance, no strategy, and zero advocacy. Their “School Law Gurus” branding is a façade—this firm lacks ethics, accountability, and integrity. The attorney assigned to my case, Summer Book, was evasive, robotic, and unhelpful. Communication was sparse, vague, and painfully slow. Their only consistency was reminding me the retainer was “non-refundable,” despite providing no real work—just time billed for reading my emails. There was no urgency, no transparency, and no empathy. Attempts to get clarity were met with dismissive, canned responses. I’ve never felt more ignored or misled. Taking money while delivering nothing is predatory. I’m filing complaints with the Florida Bar and BBB. Do not be fooled by their marketing—this firm offers only frustration and disappointment. Seek ethical legal support elsewhere.

You know the attorneys that take your money immediately and never work on your case or take your call. Yeah that is summer book and Steve Rossi. They do not believe in answering your calls they reply via email after paying thousands of dollars. Terrible attorneys. Crooks.
