Sandra has good energy and comes across very confident and capable. I would've liked more transparency for invoicing. This is probably my fault for not asking for a breakdown, but my invoice coincidentally was equal to my retainer, which i thought was a bit excessive for the task. In hindsight and after talking to other attorney friends of mine - i also feel like she made my issue seem more difficult than it was for her to execute, which allowed her to charge more. That's my perception.
Sandra Bonfiglio's communication skills leave much to be desired. she talks 100 miles an hour. she does not "listen" -- in person or via email. she is on personal vacation more than she is not and delegates to part-timers and assistants who are not in the know. bottom line, she is just not there for you, emotionally or physically. if you think hiring a woman will bring added value, this is not the woman to consider.
