About Samuel B. Menaged

Samuel “Benny” Menaged concentrates his practice on labor and employment law and commercial litigation.

He represents clients in state and federal civil litigation matters in a full range of employment-related claims including sexual harassment, employment discrimination, wage and hour claims, wrongful discharge, and retaliation. He advises clients on compliance with local laws and regulations, counsels clients during investigations and, if necessary, represent clients in subsequent litigation. Additionally, he ensures clients have appropriate policies in place to avoid potential wage and hour violations.

Mr. Menaged also works with various businesses on legal disputes including real estate matters such as co-ownership disagreements, condominium issues, and title actions.

Mr. Menaged has been a member of the Florida Bar’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. During law school, he was an editor of the Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy, held a legal fellowship with the Anti-Defamation League, and was the 2016 recipient of the Florida Bar’s G. Kirk Haas Humanitarian Scholarship Award.
