Before coming to Horowitz Law, Robin graduated cum laude from the SUNY Albany majoring in Communication in 1978, and then went on to graduate from the Cardozo School of Law in 1981.
Robin began her legal career as a Kings County Assistant District Attorney working under the Honorable Elizabeth Holtzman, where she prosecuted felony trials and rose to the position of senior attorney in the economic crimes division before relocating to California. There, Robin practiced in several civil litigation firms with nationwide practices.
Robin had her first child in California, and soon after moved back to New York to be near her family. In New York, Robin continued her career in general civil litigation with an international firm and subsequently, after having two more children, started a solo practice in New York focusing on family law, real estate, general litigation and bankruptcy.
When Robin relocated to Florida, she obtained employment with the Office of the Florida State Attorney General, initially as a paralegal and subsequently as a certified attorney, where she conducted hearings on behalf of the Florida State Department of Children and Families.110 E.
