Very responsive to my initial inquiry answering my questions laying out my options as a Condo Owner, to sue the HOA for neglecting the common elements. Its reassuring to know Owners have someone to turn to with the authority to compel an HOA to correct their wrongdoing.

Terrible, at first very responsive but after we signed the contract everything changed, costs us thousands of dollars due to their lack of good counseling.
