Hired Attorney Mr. Orlando Buch

Had to hire an attorney twice. Mr. Buch represented on both occasions. I feel he is an extremely conscientious attorney. His Legal Assistant and himself kept me informed and explained the process to me. When it came time to go before the Judge, Mr. Buch's advice paid off. I needed an attorney who didn't waste time and who was honest, thorough and aggressive. Going through an Divorce is not easy. There's nothing pleasant about it, just hang in there.

Hired Attorney Mr. Orlando Buch

He represented me for one of my felony cases. He lost my evidence, which would of ended differently had he submitted that evidence. He was extremely hard to get a hold of, even my family had issues contacting him. My family paid him for his services in full and up front and in return his efforts lacked. In order to send an email, I needed to call his office and inform them an email was sent because he never checked his emails. Almost every time I called he was never available.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
