there was obviously some communication problem that has resulted in having to reopen the file in order to affirm a debt and the cost to do that is very outrageous

I THOUGHT HIS WORK WAS VERY SLOPPY , EXPLANATIONS WERE NOT CLEAR ENOUGH, I BELIEVE I WAS OVERCHARGED FOR HIS SERVICES AND IN THE END I WAS TOLD TO PICK UP MY PAPERWORK AS HIS OFFICE DID NOT HAVE ROOM TO KEEP IT ON FILE ,IF I DID NOT PICK UP PAPERS THEY WOULD BE DESTROYED
