Firm was established in 1980, evolving over the years into one of Florida's premier real estate development, business and telecommunications boutique firms. But with time comes change. The realities of today's economy have posed new and different challenges - and given our background, our firm was and remains uniquely equipped to handle them, whether the matters is a mortgage foreclosure, short sale, loan modification, handling the affairs of condo and homeowners association or counseling clients on their legal rights in these difficult times. Of course, we continue to handle all manner of real estate transactions such as development, closings, condo conversions and the like, as well as business matters of all types, including contracts, mergers, commercial disputes and planning. Our Firm has achieved the highest rating for legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell.
