Hired Attorney Bernard Cassidy

Bernie is by far the best criminal and civil attorney in Florida. I've been to 15 different attorneys and hired/fired 3 attorneys. Bernie is a beast in the court room with extensive knowledge about the laws. He also treats you as an equal human and doesn't make you feel worse about your situation. I highly recommend him!!!!

Hired Attorney Bernard Cassidy

Mr. Cassidy is one of the most knowledgable health care attorneys in the SE United States. His innate ability to negotiate and assess complex situations provides clients with a no-nonsense approach to their predicament. I highly recommend Mr. Cassidy to any who find themselves in need of competent, aggressive and accessible counsel.

Not responsive to client needs. Just interested in settling cases and cashing your check. They are definitely not looking out for their clients best interests.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
