we contacted Mr. Murphy via an e - mail on a summer Sunday afternoon in reference to a potential need of his services in regard to a vacation package contract issue - he responded within hours and asked for more information - we provide the information - he immediately advised his services were not required yet and explained in detail why - eventually we did not require his services - we were pleasantly surprised that a lawyer would even respond to our initial e - mail and then provide information without any discussion of a fee, etc. - his responses were professional and knowledgeable - we feel he is a trustworthy attorney and would recommend his services without hesitation

My bank account got hacked somehow and a large amount of money was taken to pay another person´s credit card. Despite making the claim to the bank immediately, after 10 business days, the bank declined the claim. In my desperate search for an attorney, I found Mr. Murphy. I completed a form and left my data there. I got a call from Mr. Murphy himself (not an assistant, which was surprising to me) and he listened to my issue. He asked me to send the documentation I had so far and promised to review it. It was a Friday so I was not expecting any news until Monday. Over the weekend, on Sunday, Mr. Murphy replied to me and scheduled a call. During that call he let me know about my situation, possible outcomes and ways of action moving forward, and suggested me the next steps. I got my money back today after 3 weeks. I grateful for his guidance and having taken care of the matter personally made me feel my rights were protected. I highly recommend Mr. Murphy. Marisa, Pompano Beach, FL.

We,as humans, find ourselves enduring hardships throughout our lives. One such hardship for me was the purchase of a pwc from a dealership. The deal went array almost immediately and I was left taken back and overwhelmed by the busines's conduct and lack of professionalism. In my situation, I gave the dealership 6 months to right the wrong but they knew exactly how to prolong the process in the absence of legal representation. For my part, I kept every record I could pertaining to the case. I also remained honest with Mr. Murphy even when it didn’t feel like it was beneficial. He deserves honesty. In comes Mr. Murphy, whom is an absolute professional in everything he does. He is a straight shooter who uses all the facts and copious amounts of research coupled with his astute understanding of consumer law to rectify the situation.(read his curriculum vitae). He teaches consumer law at the University of Florida. Great iob!
