After running a business for several years, I had a handful of collections to be collected that started adding up. A simple credit collector only could get one of the several collected, a collection attorney is a different level of service and I am pleased to have made the jump. From different states, different contracts and invoices, and Jeff and Evan took the time to help explain to me the process as it went. At first, we won one of them (in-state) very quickly, the out of state ones are a bit tougher and take longer simply due to the fact you must have a lawyer in that state to domesticate the case. After my learning experience, I know I can hand them a contract and if the one in the dispute is in Florida, I can be free of any worries knowing it will be handled from start to finish. They have also helped us improve our contracts and legal terms on our websites, invoicing software, and contract software. These improvements cover us better and have improved my confidence tenfold.
