Hired Attorney Michael Feinstein Esq.

Mr. Feinstein was hired to handle a hotly contested multi-jurisdiction multi-party, multi-million-dollar litigation, involving the investment and construction of a multiunit condominium building in the Dominican Republic. In my opinion it all “came to a head” after his brutal cross-examination of opposing counsel's Dominican Republic Attorney at the evidentiary hearing addressing whether or not the local proceedings should be stayed, due to the prior pendency of the Dominican Republic litigation. His combined knowledge of real estate and expertise as a trial attorney yielded us t a much larger settlement than he had originally anticipated.

I have known and had the pleasure of working with Michael for approximately 6 years on numerous complicated contract negotiations, new business ventures requiring technical expertise and business acumen, and real-estate negotiations involving technical legal advice on both purchase and sales. His legal expertise is superb and equally important is his ability to understand the business fundamentals concerning numerous business activities. Michael Saved the Day! Attorney Feinstein literally saved me from losing a large $$$ deposit amount that I paid on a new home. My first appointment with him was amazing. He was courteous and professional. He listened to my problem and quickly went to the computer and began to find information related to it and started the first steps in solving it. I was impressed with his knowledge of using computers and of Real Estate Contracts and Law. With his 32 years of successfully practicing Real Estate Law; the Company that threatened to keep my deposit and charge me a high daily amount if I did not close on the house decided to refund my deposit about an hour after Attorney Feinstein presented facts and flaws that were in the contract and the appraisal. Currently he is my broker and is negotiating the contract for my new home. Also the office is very beautiful and calming. It is conveniently located in beautiful downtown Ft. Lauderdale. I give my highest recommendation to Feinstein Law.
