Hired Attorney Evan Plotka

Nice person and pretty honest about inability to obtain any type of judgment for breach of contract against building contractor. Encouraged us to spend money completing house and not on him.

I found Evan Plotka to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Anyone considering his services should read about this lawyer: Attorney Evan Plotka was convicted after a jury trial in November, 1990, of committing a lewd act upon a child (§ 800.04) and has since attempted to get this record expunged. STATE v. PLOTKA | No. 93-867 https://caselaw.findlaw.com/court/fl-district-court-of-appeal/1458695.html Also, Evan Plotka has used as well as argued in court advocating for using disbarred lawyers in his office: https://www.floridabar.org/the-florida-bar-news/court-says-disbarred-or-suspended-lawyers-may-never-work-for-those-they-used-to-supervise/ Why would anyone trust this guy? He is very shady in my opinion

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
