He is a wonderful caring individual in addition to being very competent. He was always easy to contact and called me back ASAP. I really can't say enough nice things about him; he guided me through a very terrible time in my life and I will always be grateful!
I hired Mr. David Sief in Fort Lauderdale for a first-time misdemeanor. Although he said his firm mainly handles real estate, he assured me he had experience with similar cases. I provided organized documents, video evidence, and a full case summary—essentially doing the prep work myself. Despite this, no legal work was done. There were no filings, no action, and all communication went through paralegals. The case was ultimately ignored, then dropped due to his health, yet I was still charged $500 with no services provided. In one of our few direct conversations, he made alarming and inaccurate statements that were later proven wrong once I hired a new attorney and the case was resolved. I disclosed my disability from the start, but it was ignored. I felt like a file, not a client. First impressions matter—I should’ve trusted mine. If you’re looking for real legal help, look elsewhere.
