I had a poor experience personally with David Strauss. The service that I employed him for was not even needed. He went about filing items in my case that were not even sequentially permitted at that part of the case. When confronted on the lack of necessity of his filings and utility in my particular case, he refunded nothing and became rather short with me. I hired another attorney and moved forward. This is a true review. This situation is not that recent, but that illustrates how long a poor experience sticks with a consumer.
It all started friendly, when Mr. strauss was referred to me through a networking group BNI. We met and discussed my companies process serving rates and how he would utilize our services. Strauss and his one man show, used our company a few times, rushed us around to serve legal documents and then claimed his was dissatisfied with our services and denied to pay. Couple years later, after multiple emails and phone calls to solve the problem have been ignored and brushed off. We have yet to be compensated. If he treats Local small businesses this way, beware how he handles your case.
