Insensitive during my case involving domestic abuse where I was the survivor. He would not use the abuse to defend me and ex got primary custody of children. Final settlement was child support where credit for the number of over nights was not given, costing me over $600 a month. I didn't find out until months after the final settlement. It took me a year to save to hire another attorney to fix his incompetence. If it had been done right to begin with, I would have saved 10K.
