Chalik & Chalik is by far the best law firm! After my car accident I had no clue what to do or where to go. Thankfully I found them and they made the process so easy. Not only are they extremely professional and dedicated, they don’t treat you like “just another client.” Jason and Debi, as well as the ENTIRE staff are so compassionate and warm, they make you feel like family. They always kept me informed as to what was going on with my case and I was beyond thrilled with my settlement.

Hired Attorney Debi Chalik

We needed someone with experience in herbs palsy. I believed I had made the correct choice for representation of my daughter. I didn't realize my obgyn had multiple malpractice suits against him, which he settled, and enabled him to continue practicing but not delivering babies. His mid wife delivered my daughter vaginally. When i needed a c section. Chalik never looked out for my child welfare and the cost for lifetime occupational therapy. She was not professional, courteous, cancelled appointments, the one office staff had quit, her replacement was not familiar with legal environment. When I retreived my entire case papers, she had included other women's settlements and cases. She is an ambulance chaser.

These Lawyers they tell people if we don't win we pay your medical bills so they take all the risk. This is a scam that accident lawyers also use on television to get you to sign with them. And when they don't win your case they refuse to pay your medical bills and you get stuck with all of your medical expenses to the doctors they sent you too. What ever you do please don't hire these attorneys they left me in over 4600.00 worth of medical debt!!and they didn't win my case for me!!!
