Carlos Lloreda is an experienced commercial litigator who has resolved cases at every stage of a case from pre-suit to trial and even post judgment. He has represented individuals, insurance companies, financial institutions, publicly traded companies, and small businesses, including all types of construction companies. His practice specializes in the areas of construction and commercial litigation. Mr. Lloreda has experience litigating cases involving general business disputes, real estate litigation, and construction defects including related issues such as permitting, performance, licensing, contracting, payment, and collection. Mr. Lloreda prides himself on vigorous advocacy at all phases of litigation, including mediation, and arbitration throughout the state of Florida.
Prior to joining Malka & Kravitz, P.A., Mr. Lloreda worked at large, small, and medium-sized law firms with differing areas of expertise. He prides himself in using his well-rounded legal knowledge to obtain the most cost-effective outcomes for his clients. Mr. Lloreda obtained both a dual bachelor of arts degree, and Juris Doctorate from Florida State University. During law school he was a legal intern for a judge in the Eleventh Circuit and a Certified Legal Intern for the States' Attorney Office in the Second Circuit where he first chaired his first bench trial.
